Conference Description

Participants will understand the key concepts of the Balanced Scorecard, and why it has gained
widespread acceptance globally in the public and private sectors.  Participants will also learn a
systematic methodology for building and implementing the Balanced Scorecard, based on the
performance management theory developed at Harvard University coupled AIM Balanced
Scorecard Consulting and Technology experience.   Additional benefits to learners are the
challenges and pitfalls of strategic management, and how to solve them systematically

boasts one of the premier spectacular views of Lake Michigan. If you aren’t feeling like Italian food
from Spiagga, walk out of the Center and enjoy Michigan Avenue restaurants as well as the famous
Rush Street’s hip clubs, bars, and eateries! Everything from sandwiches to a Chicago Style Pizza
and/or Hot dog is within a 5-minute walk! To work off your tasty lunch treats, run next door to the
fitness club, Equinox, and power through the rest of the day!
